The brochure that was translated in the largest number of languages is of course the red introduction brochure. They are remarkably similar, all referring to 'La nouvelle Renault', with the exception of the English language version, entitled 'The Remarkable Renault 4' and the Swedish, which shows just 'Renault 4L' - in fact those two are the only ones showing the number '4'!
